A single page solicitation for further information concerning any relevant information on the industry, by the Secretary of the Silk Association of America, and dated July 4, 1876, is loosely inserted. 8vo, 237pp, b&w illus throughout, folding chart "Annual summary of Silk Imports 1852 -1875", Business Announcements (xxxiii), with color ads at xi and xii. Decorative stamped mauve cloth cover with title in black surrounding gilt crest for the Silk Association of America. Gilt title on spine, with unobtrusive library marks (# on spine and back ep plus library card sleeve inside back cover). Advertisement in black on back cover. Covers are rubbed and spine is slightly chipped at top. Internally good, with light scattered fox spotting.
