The fourth book in the Freddy the Pig series, concerning a bear named Freginald who joins the famous Boomschmidt Circus and becomes known as the bear that recites poetry. Illustrated by Kurt Wiese. Octavo: 249 p. Original light brown cloth binding, with pictorial burgundy and green stamping. A very good or better copy in a uncommonly nice dust jacket with a few short tears, mended on the verso, and some light sun fading along the spine.
