First American Edition, following the first U.K. edition by nearly a year. According to Cagle, this edition contains a few textual variations. Cagle describes this as the "first printing (?)" because he was unable to verify that it preceded the limp leather DEEP SEA edition. Cagle A18b. Contains 4 stories: The Planter of Malata; The Partner; The Inn of the Two Witches; and Because of the Dollars. About Books (Genny and Michael Winne, proprietors, formerly of Parsippany, New Jersey) has been selling rare and OP books since 1985. Besides book fairs and mail-order catalogues, long-time collectors and dealers will remember our lengthy For Sale ads in the Antiquarian Bookman and similar magazines.
