Some of the volumes show slight wear at corners or edges, and some of the spine labels show chipping. Some volumes have a former owner's name or bookplate inside. The books are in overall Good Condition, and were issued by the publisher without dustjackets. The pages have rough cut edges, and each volume contains three or four engraved illustrations. The text is in English.
