Rubbing and marking to boards. Tear to bottom of title page, short tear to preface page (both with archival tape repairs to verso). Good solid binding. Text has some marking, small stains and pencilled notes. Numerous plates and illustrations within the text. Contemporary inscription to leading blank. Overall condition is Good.
