Insurance against Revolutions. III. The Ruin of Mexico's Credit. IV. The Consolidation of the Debt. We could not locate where the article was published either in Spanish or English. Nemesio García Naranjo (1883-1962) was a writer and historian, exiled from Mexico twice, the second time from 1926 until 1933, when this article was written and just after his biography of Porfirio Díaz was published and just before his work on Simón Bolívar appeared. Each part is dated New York, September 1930.
