New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1971. Second printing. Hardcover. Very good/very good. Octavo, 225pp. Stated second printing before publication. A very good copy in the publisher's black cloth, with some mild scuffing to the top edge, and the corners very gently bumped. In a very good dust jacket with shallow creasing to the extremities and a few tiny tears. Almost imperceptibly sunned on the spine. SIGNED and INSCRIBED by Skinner on the front free endpaper to the original owner (whose name also appears on the front paste-down, under the flap). Books signed by Skinner are rare, and we could not find any other signed copies of this particular title at the time of listing.
