About This Item

Holehird, Windermere: Lakeland Horticultural Society, 2001. Not paginated, [approximately 200 pages?], well illustrated, large quarto, printed on one side of a page, ringbound in black plastic folder. The last six or seven pages, covering Astilbe history, have some adhesion damage and offsetting, but otherwise the book is in very good condition. Each cultivar or species page has a colour photograph of both flower panicle and a leaf, together with descriptive details. RARE. [Presumably produced in very limited numbers].. First Edition. Ringbound plastic. Good.
