London: Folio Society, 2000. Hardcover. Fine. Four-volume hardcover set in maroon slipcase. Second printing, in conjunction with Oxford University Press. Text is that of the 1961 first edition, with minor emendations. Books are As New and unread, with fine, richly ornamented bindings in gilt. Clean pages, color illustrations. No flaws. Slipcase is sturdy and clean, without bumped corners, but with some light staining on top. Map endpapers, and maps in text. 8vo. A heavy, bulky set weighing in at more than ten pounds: please inquire about shipping costs for priority or mailing outside the U.S.
