London: Collins, 1960. 2nd Printing. Hardcover. Very Good/Fair. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Clean and firmly bound maroon cloth boards with no writing inside, light foxing on the end papers and closed page edges. Jacket not price clipped with chipping and small tears, mostly on the corners and at the top of the spine. The second printing of the first edition published the same year.
