About This Item
A reprint of (allegedly) Bacon's 1597 treatise on alchemy which became a highly influential text. Features a new introduction to the work, as well as the text itself. An excellent copy - see all photos which are of the actual book for sale. Pages are clean and bright with no markings, inscriptions or foxing at all. Boards are very good indeed, clean, tight and only the most minor crumple at top edge corners. See photos. An excellent copy.
