Arabic text, by Muhammad Farid bey ibn Ahmad Farid Pasha, who was originally Turkish, born in Cairo. He learned in the faculty of languages and the faculty of law in Cairo. He was a lawyer and member of the Khedivial geographical assembly before he vacated him self for the public policy and became the second man in the nationalist party after Mustafa Kamel Pasha then the head of the party after Kamel's death in 1908. In 1912, he was jailed and deported outside of Egypt. He visited many countries spending all of his wealth and standing up for the Egyptian question until his death in Berlin.
