A nice copy of the first edition of Scott's book, wherein he details his automatic writing-based 'conversations' with a ghost. Pages are clean ands bright, no inscriptions and just some general vague age wear. FEp and pastedown has a few brown marks presumably from where tape held the DJ (no longer present ) down. Clunn was a retired major and amateur archaeologist who discovered the site of the battle of Teutoburg Forest. This book tells the story of his search for the site, the location of where three Roman legions were wiped out by German tribesmen in AD 9. He first found coins and then other items, all finally leading him him to discover what had happened to the 'lost legions'.
An excellent signed copy. Pages are bright, clean and tidy. No marks, creases or browning, as new. Cloth boards are tight and clean. DJ is unclipped and unmarked with no real noticeable wear.
