In the early 90s, he moved to Brussels and with the collaboration of his brother Bernard created a place even more conducive to the passion for old books that motivated them both. After seven years, Bernard leaves and Dirk alone presides over the destiny of the Minet-frères bookshop.

Der Kaufpreis wird sofort mit Bestellung fällig; kommt der Besteller in
Zahlungsverzug, so ist Mondevana berechtigt, Verzugszinsen in Höhe von 5
% über dem von der Deutschen Bundesbank bekannt gegebenen Basiszinssatz
p.a. zu fordern. Falls Mondevana ein höherer Verzugsschaden nachweisbar
entstanden ist, ist Mondevana berechtigt, diesen geltend zu machen.
§ 5 Aufrechnung, Zurückbehaltung
Ein Recht zur Aufrechnung steht dem Besteller nur zu, wenn seine
Gegenansprüche rechtskräftig festgestellt oder von Mondevana anerkannt
sind. Außerdem ist er zur Ausübung eines Zurückbehaltungsrechts nur
insoweit befugt, als sein Gegenanspruch auf dem gleichen
Vertragsverhältnis beruht.
§ 6 Eigentumsvorbehalt
Bis zur vollständigen Begleichung aller gegen den Besteller bestehenden
Ansprüche verbleibt die gelieferte Ware im Eigentum von Mondevana.
§ 7 Mängelgewährleistung und Haftung
Liegt ein von Mondevana zu vertretender Mangel der Kaufsache vor, kann
der Besteller wahlweise Mängelbeseitigung oder Ersatzlieferung
verlangen. Ist Mondevana zur Mängelbeseitigung/Ersatzlieferung wegen
Unverhältnismäßigkeit nicht bereit oder nicht in der Lage oder verzögert
sich diese über angemessene Fristen hinaus aus Gründen, die Mondevana
zu vertreten hat oder schlägt in sonstiger Weise die
Mängelbeseitigung/Ersatzlieferung fehl, ist der Besteller nach seiner
Wahl berechtigt, vom Vertrag zurückzutreten, eine entsprechende
Minderung des Kaufpreises oder Schadensersatz zu verlangen. Soweit sich
nachstehend nichts anderes ergibt, sind weitergehende Ansprüche des
Bestellers - gleich aus welchen Rechtsgründen - ausgeschlossen.
Mondevana haftet deshalb nicht für Schäden, die nicht am
Liefergegenstand selbst entstanden sind; insbesondere haftet Mondevana
nicht für entgangenen Gewinn oder für sonstige Vermögensschäden des
Bestellers. Soweit die Haftung von Mondevana ausgeschlossen oder
beschränkt ist, gilt dies auch für die persönliche Haftung von
Arbeitnehmern, Vertretern und Erfüllungsgehilfen.
Vorstehende Haftungsbeschränkung gilt nicht, soweit die Schadensursache
auf Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit beruht oder ein Personenschaden
vorliegt. Sie gilt ferner dann nicht, wenn der Besteller Ansprüche aus
§§ 1, 4 Produkthaftungsgesetz, Ansprüche wegen des Fehlens einer
zugesicherten Eigenschaft oder Schadensersatzansprüche wegen
Nichterfüllung gemäß §§ 463, 480 Abs. 2 BGB geltend macht. Sofern
Mondevana fahrlässig eine vertragswesentliche Pflicht verletzt, ist die
Ersatzpflicht für Sachschäden auf den typischerweise entstehenden
Schaden beschränkt. Die Gewährleistungsfrist beträgt vierundzwanzig
Monate, gerechnet ab Lieferung. Diese Frist ist eine Verjährungsfrist
und gilt auch für Ansprüche auf Ersatz von Mangelfolgeschäden, soweit
keine Ansprüche aus unerlaubter Handlung geltend gemacht werden.
§ 8 Datenschutz
Der Besteller stimmt Verarbeitung und Nutzung und Speicherung
personenbezogener Daten die zur Ausführung des Kundenauftrag
ausdrücklich zu. Mondevana sichert den Besteller zu,
datenschutzrechtliche Bestimmungen zu beachten.
§ 9 Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts.

wieder zurückerhalten haben oder bis Sie den Nachweis erbracht haben,

andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste
Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen
vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über
Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese
Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der
ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen
wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen
wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet.
Sie haben die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen
vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf dieses
Vertrags unterrichten, an uns zurückzusenden oder zu übergeben. Die
Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie die Waren vor Ablauf der Frist von vierzehn
Tagen absenden. Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der

MOSHER BOOKS was started as a retail book firm in February 1991, relocated to Lancaster in November 1992 and four years later returned to Millersville, PA. Sixteen years ago we relocated to Ephrata, PA where we work the business out of the house and display our stock by appointment or at book shows. The firm\'s namesake is the American publisher, Thomas Bird Mosher, who published fine literature in pleasing book formats from 1891-1923. The proprietor, Philip R. Bishop, is co-author of the exhibition catalogue Thomas Bird Mosher and the Art of the Book (Philadelphia, 1992. He is the bibliographer of the Mosher Press: \"Thomas Bird Mosher: Pirate Prince of Publishers - A Bibliography and Source Guide...\" co-published by The British Library and Oak Knoll Press (hard cover, 536 pages, 230+ illustrations, 8 pages of color. A monograph entitled \"A B.R. QUARTET--Letters from Bruce Rogers to Thomas Bird Mosher at The Houghton Library\" was published by The Typophiles in an edition of 500 copies in the Fall of 2000. Bishop is a frequent contributor to the Delaware Bibliophiles\' \"Endpapers\" and recently contributed to the Caxton\'s Club\'s book on association copies scheduled for publication in April 2011.
